What is Savor?

Savor reads your Traditional Chinese Medicine body constitution from a short quiz, then gives you a personalized daily habit plan: simple lived actions, warm reminders, and a lock-screen 今日宜忌 almanac widget. It is educational wellness guidance, not medical advice.

Is Savor free? What does Pro unlock?

Yes — there is a free tier. You can take the quiz, see your constitution, use the lock-screen widget, and receive a morning reminder. Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks the full daily habit board, all daily reminders, and a widget personalized to your constitution.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. To cancel, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Savor, then tap Cancel Subscription. Because Apple handles all billing, this is the only place a subscription can be cancelled.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Savor purchase, and request a refund. If the app itself gave you trouble, email us first — we may be able to fix it.

I'm a subscriber but Pro isn't showing — how do I restore it?

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open Savor, go to the Profile tab, and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with, this re-activates Pro. If it still doesn't appear, email us.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account any time inside the app, under Profile / Settings. Once you confirm, your account and all associated data are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account, and account deletion does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately. If you can't open the app, email us from your account address.

What data does Savor collect? Does it use my camera or photos?

No. Savor never accesses your camera, photo library, or location, and there is no scanning or photo feature. We run no advertising or tracking SDKs. You sign in with Apple or a one-time email code; your data is stored with Supabase and subscriptions are handled by RevenueCat. See our Privacy Policy below for full details.

I can't sign in, or didn't get my email code.

Sign-in codes are sent by email and can take a minute — please check your spam or junk folder. You can also sign in with Apple instead. If the code still doesn't arrive, email us with the address you tried.

My quiz result doesn't seem right. Can I retake it?

Yes. Go to the Body Type tab and retake the quiz any time; your profile updates to match. Your constitution can shift as your habits and symptoms change. Results are educational and reflect your answers — they are not a medical diagnosis.

The lock-screen widget or reminders aren't showing.

For the widget: touch and hold your Lock Screen, tap Customize, tap the area below the clock, find Savor, and add the almanac. For reminders: allow notifications for Savor in iPhone Settings and turn on 每日提醒 in Savor's own Settings. The free tier includes the widget and a morning reminder; all reminders and the personalized widget require Pro.
