1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Savor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Savor is a wellness app that assesses your body constitution according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles and provides a personalized daily habit plan, reminders, and a lock-screen almanac widget. The App provides educational information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Savor offers optional paid subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
4. Your Information
Savor does not access your camera or photo library and contains no photo-capture feature. The information you provide — such as your quiz responses and profile details — is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, all your data stored on our servers (including your quiz responses and profile) will be permanently removed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Savor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of your constitution results or any health-related information. In no event shall Savor be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
