1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use Savor:
- Account information (email address or Apple ID identifier)
- Body constitution quiz responses and your resulting constitution profile
- Basic profile details you provide during onboarding (sex, birth year, wellness goal)
- Subscription status
- Limited app-usage events (such as app opens) used to measure retention
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
Savor does not access your camera, photo library, or location. The app contains no meal-photo, scanning, or image-capture feature, and we do not collect or process any photos. We also do not run third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking SDKs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Determine your TCM body constitution from your quiz responses
- Personalize your daily habit plan, reminders, and lock-screen widget
- Manage your subscription
- Measure aggregate retention to improve the app
- Enable account deletion upon request
4. Third-Party Services
Savor uses the following third-party services:
- Supabase — cloud database and authentication for your account data, quiz responses, profile, and subscription status. Data is stored in secure, encrypted databases.
- Apple — Sign in with Apple (we receive only the identifiers Apple provides and never see your Apple ID password) and In-App Purchases for billing.
- RevenueCat — subscription management. Receives purchase and device information to determine your subscription status.
- Maileroo — email delivery service used to send one-time sign-in codes to your email address.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time
- Request a copy of your stored data
7. Children's Privacy
Savor is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
